Unable to activate safe

I have purchased a licence for safe but each time I try to use my pc I get a daily countdown of the subscription period which started at 7 days and not at twelve months.

I have not received any activation key. Can anyne help me. Tablet Windows 8.1.

    Did you install via your SAFE portal? When does that say the license expires?

    Hi. Still in progres . My tablet flipped out during windows update so I still have  aback-up AV until I get Safe installed
