Is this upgrade a spam ?

in F-Secure Internet Security

I have F-Secure Internet Security 2011 10.50 build 197 and Windows 7 and have had a window pop up saying I can get a free download of 2015.  Is this genuine ?

    Assuming you have a valid licence, then yes, you can, and should, upgrade to the latest version. :)
