My subscription key will not accept. Paid for new Subscription yesterday. My 2011 did not run out till 1st Dec, but I had to uninstall that, via yourselves.

Now I just cant move anywhere with it.

    We can check your subscription and find out what went wrong.

    Hi Nicky,

    May I know at which stage the installation stuck? Do you have the F-Secure Launch Pad installed? If yes, kindly follow the steps below to validate again.

    - Open F-Secure Launch pad
    - Right click on F-Secure icon.
    - Choose View my subscription.
    - Check your Subscription status.
    Then,
    - Click Activate subscription...
    - Enter your subscription key and click "OK".
    - Please make sure that you have internet connection in order to activate your subscription.
    - Please wait for the Validating subscription to complete then click "Ok".
