Since updating to F secure 2012 I am unable to update pokerstars

    check deepguard settings, esp if an application is blocked that relates to PS

    Thank you for your replies. According to my security set up Pokersatrs is an allowed site yet I still cannot open it. I have been told to uninstall F secure, update PS then reinstall but I thin this is extreme. Also I have no means of reinstalling and i don't want to have to do this each time Pokersatrs has an updated version.

     

    I have been trying to get answers from F secure on line now for over two days and still no answers, very dissapointed with the customer service. The online support doesn't work most of the time so I may have to ring.

    check this FaQ: http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/download/faq/#a14

    disable Application Control
    disable Deepguard
    disable F-Secure firewall

    (only one after the other) and try to reproduce.
