The key does not work

Yesterday we bought a new permeation key for up to 3 computers but when we write the code, we get error message. You can not complete the operation

    (I assume you're not in Beta program and you posted in the wrong board)

     

    If you copy/paste the subscription key from the confirmation email, have you verified you only get the subscription key and not any other characters like space? It should be in a format like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
