For example in http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security-for-PC/Deepguard-block-connections/m-p/36187#M6615

There should be 2 more posts, one by me and one by @Siltanen. Something's wrong

Can happen following a server glitch (or maintenance), if the backup wasn't fully up to date. I noticed it was down, but can't have been for long.

Also, the community seems to have switched from http to https which causes my browser to not load everything on the pages and displaying the message "Only secure content is displayed" on EVERY page. Apperently some parts of the pages are still http, hence the problem. For example this editor I'm typing in right now doesn't show up until I click Show All and the page has to reload.

"At first I was afraid... I was petrified...Smiley Wink  Not really, at first I got only error messages, then a bit later info about maintenance. I tried from time to time and guess it was 2 hours, maybe more. The missing posts were posted about 3 hours before the site came up again.

Hmm... still showing as http (no s) here.  Guess they're trying stuff out 'on the fly'.  Hopefully they're introducing a login cookie!

I just received the mail notification for Simon's 1st post in this topic which was 4 hours ago?! Have never seen such a delay before. But I received the email notification for Simon's 2nd post correctly 3 hours ago.

Strange things keep on happening after the community went down earlier today. So far:

    •  Posts are missing, so you can't reply if you don't remember what those posts said
    •  HTTP and HTTPS seems to switch every now and then, and also be combined on the same page
    •  Email notification doesn't work properly

I've been getting email notifications, but I have to admit, I haven't check the timings of the corresponding posts. I've just received this one for your last post, Nik, so that would be about right, yes? It's actually difficult to tell, because, for some reason, posts times on the mobile site are not the same as the time here in the UK. Must be a time zone setting somewhere.

    Dear All,

We had a downtime on Friday between 1:22 and 3:42 PM EET, due to our service provider's database cluster unavailability.

It was an unexpected outage and we're extremely sorry for that inconvenience!

Lithium takes full data backups every 30 minutes, so the data loss was minimized to 30 minutes.

We'll review the data between the time of the backup and the outage, and manually paste it in the Community.

We'll also look into the http/https elements and the time zone settings.

Thank you for bringing those up and helping us to make this Community better!

Thanks for clearing that out Ania!

A funny coincidence: Last friday before it went down I was going through all my settings here on the forum and I had forgotten I changed the email settings to also include the body. So I actually do have a copy of a missing post Smiley Wink

Default setting is to only include subject in email notifications, but it can be altered under:

My Settings - Subscriptions & Notifications, Email Format - Email Content

    Hello,

If you have forgotten your security code, you will need to raise a support ticket by contacting F-Secure:

    http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact

It's not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum, so hopefully a moderator can remove that fairly soon.
