in F-Secure Internet Security

I recently installed F-Secure which was working perfectly. I had cause to re-set my PC to a previous date. I opted to reinstall and whilst the system shows that F-Secure is loaded it is not working as intended. I get a constant note to run the support tool - but all to no avail. Help please!!!!

    In order to be able to help you and grasp the full extend of your problem, Could you please open a support ticket.

    When opening the ticket please provide as much information as possible(version, Operating system, screenshot of eventual errors, etc..).
