parental control not displaying correctly

I have just installed F-secure for the first time.  I am trying to use the Parental Control feature.  I have a major problem in that most of the text on the F-secure pop-up windows does not display, making it unusable.  I suspect that most of the text including the buttons or links are in a different colour to the opening text and that for some reason my PC wont display it.

I have no other glitches with my system which co-incidentally I have just done a clean install on.  I am using W7HomePremium(64bit).
