Use not able to use Disney + QR code displayed on tv to log in.

Get an error related to wrong region.

    Just to clarify the situation a bit.

    Which F-Secure solution and platform are you using when encountering this problem?

    Is it F-Secure TOTAL or Kiren (F-Secure Mobile Security) or something else? Android, iOS? Windows?

    And what exactly is the problem? Do you want or need to use VPN to access the service? Or is using a VPN not required to access the service?

    I am not familiar with those services - so - I think they require some TV configuration as well (per your part of "QR Code displaying on tv". Perhaps this relates in part to the topic of your other thread regarding access to or the use of local devices?

    Anyway, some random suggestions:

    • you may try using different VPN protocols (some of them, maybe, are not blocked / restricted by certain companies); if available - should be accessible somewhere in Settings.
    • you may try tune up browser settings (some detecting techniques are purely based on permissions given within browser; it may include as tracking, privacy, security options as some random permissions for allowing websites to use sensors of your device or so on).
    • you may try to use VPN bypass for certain website / app or service still being connected to VPN. again, if available - should be accessible somewhere in Settings.

    But..

    Get an error related to wrong region.

    did you mean something like: completely unexpected error?

    Let's say, you are in Canada. using VPN spot in Canada. But there is an error saying something about "you are in Norway"?

    Or this error is just about some stuff like "content is not accessible within region" - if so - VPN's chosen spot is within its available regions?
