My F-Secure Browsing app wont connect
It seems my browsing app wont connect. I think I had this problem some time ago but I don't remember how we fixed it. I tried uninstalling the app & installing it again. But that didn't work. When I click on the app icon, it says "initializing" forever & never connects. It either stays black or its black with a red dot on it. I am on a desktop computer with Windows 11 OS & Edge browser, both up to date. I am also on the "beta" program for F-Secure. Any ideas on how to fix it, so it works right again? Thank you.
When I remove the add on & then "get" the add on again, I keep getting a box that pops up that says this …
& when I click to "view extension" , it just shows as its "initializing" & never connects.
