My Security Cloud won't connect and Virus database is out of date

My desktop PC has been out of use since may 2023. I just got it back it and it is working in any other way but not updating itself. Subscriptions are in order yet my service has changed from F-Secure safe to F-secure Internet Security. This is not an temporary issue since it's been like this for a week now. Last update in history is received 13/05/2023 All internet connections are othervise working as expected and no VPN or anything like that is in use. Can you help me to solve this please.

    You posted to beta community but this appears to be about the paid product.

    There have been server updates during 2024 and your app is so old that it's most likely trying to connect to old decommissioned servers, that's why it can't get any updates. You should uninstall and reinstall the app to get back to latest version and start receiving updates.
