Download of new virus definition fails

Hi, I am using version 25.8. I tried several times to delete F-Secure and to reinstall it. But the issue is not be solved. The download of the newest virus defintions is still failing. To delete F-Secure I used the deletion tool of F-Secure.

I'm on a Windows 11 PC. At the top right corner of the desktop app, tick on the person icon, from the drop down click on Log out, then relog back in using your account information. Restart your PC, try running the manual update from the right-click system tray icon and see if that helps.

It looks like you tried what was suggested from the below article? If you're still having the issue, try contacting offline support as this has been an issue for others, and they may have a newer strategy to resolve this for you.
