I subscribe to F-Secure via TalkTall Suppersafe

Hello,
I'm not sure who the authorized F-Secure resellers are, maybe @JOnes or @Ukko know or have some follow-up thoughts as far as what to do? I'm not sure how it works with other vendors besides the F-Secure website.
Otherwise, I would contact support directly to see what they have to say.
Kind regards.

It looks like the user is paying for F-Secure through TalkTalk (TalkTalk Supersafe), but the F-Secure app is still asking for a subscription. This is a fairly common situation, because an F-Secure license purchased via TalkTalk usually isn’t activated in the same way as one bought directly from the F-Secure website.
👉 Solutions:
- Sign in through the correct portal
- A TalkTalk Supersafe subscription must usually be activated through TalkTalk’s own website.
- Go to My Account (TalkTalk) → Supersafe → there you should find the activation link to F-Secure.
- When signing in to F-Secure, don’t use the direct
my.f-secure.com
login, but the link provided by TalkTalk.
- Remove any separate F-Secure account (if you created one yourself)
- If you downloaded F-Secure from their own website and signed in with a different email, the program will ask for a paid subscription. The TalkTalk license won’t show up there.
- The fix is to uninstall the program and reinstall it via TalkTalk’s portal.
- TalkTalk and F-Secure support
- If you can’t find the link, you should contact TalkTalk customer support (they manage your billing and subscription).
- If the problem is with the activation code or the My F-Secure account itself, then F-Secure support can help.
- Official F-Secure support: Get support for your F-Secure products | F-Secure
👉 Summary:
Don’t log in to F-Secure via the regularmy.f-secure.com
page, but activate it with the link you get from TalkTalk. If you don’t have that link, reach out to TalkTalk support, since they manage the subscription.btw: looks like TalkTalk Supersafe's Compatibility is only for outdated windows versions
- Sign in through the correct portal

TalkTalk. I have downoaded F-Secure. F-Secure is asking for subscription.
you can try these installers: https://safeavenue.f-secure.com/iframe/-installers/talktalk/
but as suggested and guided in the reply above - you need to use TalkTalk credentials through SuperSafe branded portal (in case of the installer, if they are up-to-date there, just credentials via installer routine).
Because if you downloaded F-Secure application - it will request F-Secure subscription. While TalkTalk's SuperSafe is just powered by F-Secure; but, so to speak, it is not operated by them and not by their subscriptions (still can probably be obtained through 'F-Secure' too).
// apps for android | iOS (which I am not sure can be purchased via a mobile store directly; but if so, the routine may be 'different').
so, the portal / routine for TalkTalk SuperSafe is something like:
- or https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/myservices/Fsecure
Likely mentioned "£6 per month" package is described there: https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Broadband/Security/SuperSafe_Overview

I have signed to my TalkTalk super safe but there is no activation link to F-Secure
With your assistance I have installed super safe in my PC and it says I am protected and subscription paid.
The dashboard is super safe and not F-Secure. I have been to TalkTalk customer service. Their help is not that good.
Now that I have super safe, do I need F-Secure any longer?
Many thank

I don't think it would be possible to install them at the same time. But if it’s "both", then the one without a subscription is of course not required and you can delete/uninstall F-Secure. Because TalkTalk SuperSafe should be the primary software in system now. But if you use or have installed something else from F-Secure, then it may be something additional.
if talking about an "account", then most likely now you have an F-Secure trial without a subscription, which, most likely, you can delete/cancel through the My F-Secure portal (my.f-secure.com); because there is no need as such. At least, per 'general' route of using branded solution from your ISP like TalkTalk SuperSafe.
Sorry for the delay with reply.
