Virus database

Why the virus database is not updating. It just says it should update but it just doesn't succeed. Every time I try to update the virus database, I get the message shown in the picture.This is my product:

  And yes , I use Windos 10 When I release the usage rights for the device in question and reactivate it, everything works as it should. The virus list updates as it should. I wonder why this happens after removing and reactivating the usage rights.
