Can you helt me to activate my subscribtion

Hi, i recentry baught a pc including a F-Secure subscrition. I got a purchace confirmation Email, but when i try to log in and activate my account it says that the coupon is already used. I have not activated it yet and still get notifications on my pc to fix it. Can you help me?

I would recommend contacting them through a direct support channel - https://www.f-secure.com/en/support - for example, using the web chat option (located approximately in the middle of the web page).
Dubbed as "Chat > "Chat with our experts:" with button "Start chat", claiming "Availability: 24/7" and supporting "Languages: English".
Most likely they will help you understand the situation, check the coupon and so on.
As I understand it, you are currently using a trial version of the product and it notifies you of the need to activate or purchase a subscription that you "have" via a coupon (which cannot be activated because it is already listed as redeemed).
Although I think that everything needed should have been in the mentioned 'purchase confirmation email'. Maybe the coupon was applied by you for some other email address or another "account" than the one installed on the device? In this case, you just need to log back into the desired account.
In any case, only support agents will be able to correctly and accurately sort this all out.
