well, the problem persists, and even after two hours of no activity, the EndPointprotectionService still stops my computer, taking up to 75% disk usage, plus high CPU and memory uasge. This is FSproblem, and did not uccur before theMarch update. I have spent too much time on this already, and the only solution I see is leaving FS after more than 20 years.

I am truly astonished that a company with F-Secure’s reputation—after being a leader in cybersecurity for decades—would take steps that render its product unusable for some of its most loyal clients. We were recently forced to leave.

To be clear, I had to stop using F-Secure after experiencing exactly the same issues described by Tom: extremely high disk usage, CPU usage, and memory consumption following the March update. We had a 10-license subscription and had been customers for about 26 years.

I spent countless hours over several days trying to resolve these issues. While the support team was polite and responsive, they simply couldn’t fix a problem that is beyond their control. Even a refund of the remaining time from when the problems started doesn’t compensate for the time and frustration caused by what are ultimately F-Secure’s own self-inflicted problems. It’s strange and very disappointing to hear that these issues are still ongoing, despite customer complaints.

If I were a shareholder, I would sell my shares or do my best to kick the responsible. How can a company be run down in this way?
