How can I download F-Secure. I have account

I reinstalled my windows 11 lap top. I cant find how to download without to pay one more time

A bit of tricky description.

In general, if this is F-Secure Total solution, you need to log into your account through the My F-Secure portal. There will be an option to remove unnecessary devices (used licenses, if they are "stuck") and download the installer for your device. Then run it and follow the instructions.

So, to download F-Secure solution (depends on its type) - you must be logged into an existing account with an active subscription. For example, https://my.f-secure.com/login is the place, where you can try to use your credentials (email/password) for your F-Secure account. If your forgot them, you can try to use "Forgot your password?" functionality. When you logged - there should be visible how to download installer and I am not sure why there will be any 'need' of paying again unless subscription is expired; or all licenses are used (but you can reuse 'unused' ones).

I think, close to detailed steps were in the last reply, but..

 I want to know how to download F-secure

• visit via web-browser: my.f-secure.com
• type your credentials (email+password) for your account there;
• you should see your account information in My F-Secure portal then.
• click "Add device" (or other relevant buttons) - "This PC" and it should trigger downloading F-Secure network installer;
• when downloaded: run it and follow instructions via process.
