Full scan keeps getting stuck at 99%

It's the same thing I posted here:

What seemed to have helped was when the app updated to v25.3. If you let it sit for 5 minutes it may get past the file to complete the scan. I was told by @Ville that the fix should be applied to v25.4. Otherwise, the background real time scanning is still protecting you, as well as doing the occasional quick scans. So for now hold out hope for v25.4, unless v25.3 was able to get past it for you.
