Why painfully slow browsing?

Hello @Jukka41
Thank you for your post.
The problem you describe may be related to the following issue.
We have successfully identified the root cause of the issue. It appears that the recent updates to all Chromium-based browsers, including Edge, Chrome, and Brave, to version 124, have introduced a new feature called "TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support." This feature seems to be causing difficulties with our VPN service. We are currently conducting further investigation into this matter.
In the interim, as a workaround, we recommend disabling this feature in your browser settings. You can do this by accessing chrome://flags or edge://flags. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue.
We published more on this topic in an article on our forum:

Please let us know if using the above solution helped in your case.
Best regards.

Could you @Firmy @F-Secure_Patrick & Co check the proper operation of the dns servers used in F-secure vpn connections, specially in Finland (ipconfig /all | findstr DNS )
Edit: PII removed

it would be nice if that article was also published in another language of the community(finnish),and clearly placed on the community's front page
occasional (regularly irregular) delays (e.g. dns timeout, enabled incoming TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support clients) still occur in the VPN service…
