            Good morning, the problem is that I can't install safe f-secure after uninstalling it, I did anything you asked from me but the problem remains I have been without f-secure on my computer for almost two months, I have many messages from you with instructions that I have followed and I have sent a message with the results without getting a reply.

            Hello @Aris199 We have received feedback from our R&D team. Based on the logs, we found that the failure was due to the missing root CA. We can see that the required root CA is installed on the system. 2024-05-20 14:35:35.136 [3bac.2740] *E: InstallerExt::CheckSignature: 'C:\Users\Arista\AppData\Local\F-Secure\NetworkInstallerTemp\fs1844840.tmp\fs1851250.tmp\F-Secure-Safe-Network-InstallerUpgrade.exe' failed signature check: InvalidSignature And we can see that the required root CA is installed on the system: US, DigiCert Inc, www.digicert.com, DigiCert Trusted Root G4 // valid until 2038-1-15 Download the Installer: - Download the file installer manually from this link https://download.sp.f-secure.com/SE/F-Secure-Safe/latest/installer/F-Secure-Safe-Network-Installer-x64.exe.
 Verify the Digital Signature: - Right-click on the downloaded file in File Explorer.
- Go to Properties, then navigate to Digital Signatures.
- Check if the signature is valid.
 Kindly let us know if File Explorer indicates that the signature is valid. Run the Installer: - Try running the installer directly and see if it succeeds.
 Reset System Proxy Settings: - Run cmd.exeas an administrator.
 netsh winhttp reset proxy - Reboot the computer and try the installer again.
