Password manager or Password Vault

F-secure for password manager (password Vault) is well installed and worked fine the first time. However, the application locks and cannot be unlocked again, as the code no longer works.

How do I unlock it? Is there a bug

    We regret to hear about the challenges you've encountered with our new F-Secure app. However, in order to assist you better, we kindly request some additional information.

    Could you please specify the device on which you are experiencing the issue and provide the operating system (OS) version?

    as the code no longer works.

    Additionally, can you confirm if your concern pertains to the master password? If not, please specify the code you are referring to.

    To access the password vault, you need to unlock it using the master password. If you have synced your passwords from F-Secure ID Protection, the master password should be the same for your Password Vault.

    We recommend utilizing the recovery code to regain access if you have forgotten the master password. You can find guidance on this process in the following link.
