FS Protection Subscription Renewal

Hi, my FS Protection subscription is about to expire a day from now. Unlike the last time my license was not renewed automatically. Is it some bug? If not I would like to request a license renewal. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. You can send the user names to fs-protectio[email protected] in case your subscriptions have not been renewed.

I have the same thing. My FS Protection is saying that I have 5 hours left. Please renew the license. Or do I need to go to Safeavenue pages and first release the license and then attach again?

@Juha_Valimaki , I'm not sure how to send the private message. Maybe I'm too newbie for this forum to allow sending private messages. At least I can't find any way to start new private message.

Any guidance? Or should I file a bug report and put the bug ID in here? ;-)

I have a problem with my beta subscription renewal as well and I'm not able to send a private message to @Juha_Valimaki either😶
