Total VPN.

Recently upgraded to Total in the UK.

However the VPN doesn't seem to be active in a nearby country re TV reception.

Obviously I can select the country I am in so I assume it should be working?

    I'd love to help you out, however, I need a bit more information to better understand the issue. Can you please let me know which device you're using and what operating system and version it's running on?

    Are you having trouble streaming services while your VPN is on, or are you having trouble connecting to the VPN in the first place?

    Hi,

    If you click on Privacy VPN in the next screen you see the Best location which will be probably United Kingdom, London for you, if you click then on that location you get the selection list of other countries.

    Hope this helps

    I am in The Netherlands and BBC live and iPlayer are blocked,....it also applies to the other UK TV channels,

    Radio BBC 2 and 4 etc are all available live.

    I have selected The Netherlands on the list of countries.

    Further to the above:-

    Set the country as UK and all live and catch up channels available.
