Hello,


I have got a pay version about Fsecure, because, I buyed a computer into

FNAC BREST ESPACE JEAN JAURES 1 month ago from now

and they installed me ; FNAC PACK SECURITY.

Fnac pack security on my pc, latop, is F secure in reality.


Actually when I connected on my bank a green frame appears ;

Saturday o1/10/2022

I went on this and there is any green frame AND my pc, latop, slow down.

I did an analyse but Fsecure told me that it's OK !


I took off fnac pack security and installed Fsecure safe version free.

I did an analyse again and Fsecure told me it's OK !


I need help !

    If this is the only indication of trouble / suspicion, then maybe all is OK indeed.

    "Green frame" may be part of "F-Secure Banking Protection" functionality.

    Usually, more difficult situation is when such a 'Banking Protection' banner or frame is not there (Banking Protection does not activate when visiting a banking site - F-Secure Community)

    So, when green border (frame) is there - there can be also "V"-mark in the middle of top area (at least, with F-Secure SAFE solution). You do able to 'use' it as trigger for more information about functionality or closing banking protection session. Was it your experience about?

    What about "slow down impact for laptop" - maybe need to more information and symptoms. I mean, maybe it is expected and temporary only. Anyway, maybe FNAC's support handled it already.
