Safe with a second security software

Hello,

on Windows 10, i want to user SAFE together with a second security software => "Webroot SecureAnywhere".

I know, that this is not recommended. Internet Security and SAFE offer an option to ignore these "second security solutions" but after every restart, SAFE forgets to ignore and complains again. Does anyone know a solution? The support isn´t really motivated about that but for the software offers this "ignore-option" i want to use ist. Screenshots attached.
