PSB Portal: new category on customer/device level

My proposal would be to have a new category on customer/device level showing the status of the premium features DataGuard and Application Control at a glance or include both columns in an existing category.

Sometimes one or both features are not switched on but based on the profile (and licence) they should. This would allow an easier control of the status.

Status of DeviceControl might also be included.
