Hello, I just renewed my subscription. The provided code does not work. I uninstalled the app (MAC OS) and reinstalled, it still doesn't work. A message: Error - unable to verify your code. Merco

    I just resent you the code that was recently purchased. Kindly check your email and ensure you are using the code correctly.

    Did you try to install Freedome VPN on another device then test the code to be sure this is not happening on multiple devices?
