Internet security is broken

Hello!

Website analyzer is showing the gray question mark on almost every website. Only exception was youtube which was marked with the green safe mark. Also the banking protection doesn't activate when I'm visiting a banking related website.

I've tested this with multiple computers and browsers. Also I tried reinstalling the extension but still the problems persists.

Any suggestions how to fix this or is this an universal problem right now?

    Thank you for raising this concern to us.

    We can confirm that the issue affecting Browsing Protection/Banking Protection queries may have failed or performed intermittently but our respective backend team noticed this and have now rectified the issue. This also affected search rating icons that you have mentioned.

    The hotfix has been deployed and I can confirm that as at the time of this reply, everything was already back to normal.

    Can you please test again and let us know if the issue still persists at your end?
