About check the second is different?

The main function of the F-Secure Router Checker is to verify if your router settings are safe especially if there has been any malicious modification by intruders. You can use other sites such as www.whatismyipaddress.com on different network and see what IP address and location you have but your ISP can tell you why your router location shows more than one. However, this is not strange at all as geolocating IP addresses is not always reliable. 

Both screenshots were taken 11 minutes apart so it could also mean that it was from different 2 networks.
