Freedome VPN stänger av sig av sig själv på min Xiaomi Readme 9A då och då. Jag får hela tiden kolla så den är igång. Så fort jag öppnar appen så står det att Always-on

har stoppats och jag får då starta den genom att trycka på påknappen då går den ofta ett bra tag. Det verkar som det oftast inträffar om mobilen legat overksam ett tag. Vad kan jag göra åt detta?

    Hi @Tomas601

    If you have Android 9 and later (MIUI 10+), please try the following:

    1. Navigate to Settings -> Applications -> Application Manager. Locate F-Secure Freedome from the list.
    2. First turn on Autostart
    3. Then, tap the Battery Saver alternative below
    4. Set the switch to No restrictions

    Please check these settings with Don't kill my app! -instructions to make sure that power saving settings are not preventing F-Secure FREEDOME from running in the background.

    Are you able to convey your concerns to us in English?

    We do not have a Swedish language support on the Community at the moment.

    Freedome VPN is stopping on its self on my Xiaomi Readme 9A now and then. I have to all the time to check so its still running. When i opens the program it say that Always-on have stopped and i have to start it again. It lookes like it hapens when the phone been laying unused for a time, an hour or so.

    What can i do about this?
