Impossible to update offline antivirus database of F-Secure Anti-Virus, "Failed to delayload"

Hello,
I´m usin the F-Secure Anti-virus, with license. It´s installed in a windows 10, x64, I´m with admin rigth. I have download the database file fsdbupdate9.exe, and when I try to install its impossible, nothing happens. with the CMD i can see the error "Failed to delayload". I can´t connect to internet and i don´t know what more can I do.
Any ideas??Thank you in advance.

Dear @mariodpo41,
The file fsdbupdate for Windows applies only to the 12-series of the F-Secure corporate products. The product you have is a home solution that cannot be updated offline.
