id window does not open

This problem has happened twice now, so I'll make this article about this.

ID stops opening a window, opens the "header" in the taskbar but window does not open. So cannot enter my master password.

Reinstallation fixes this. I have used ID protection for 90 days now and this is second time.

Any ideas?

    Do let us know the status of this issue so we could provide you with some assistance where needed.

    You may want to reinstall the program but ensure you have synced your passwords or exported it.

    It is also advisable to ensure that your Windows is up to date.
