Safe banking not working
Hey all,
Recently I have installed F-secure SAFE on my PC. F-secure is working fine, except that I can't get the safe banking protection to work.
I have tried accessing numerous banking websites from my own country and from the US but I can never trigger safe banking to start. I submitted 1 banking url to F-secure to make sure it's on the list of sites that trigger safe banking. Url got added after a few days but it still won't work. I have tried uninstalling and installing the browser extensions twice. Also reinstalled F-secure safe and it still won't work.
Running latest build of Windows 10, F-secure 17.9 / 4.40.3267.0/SAFE, Firefox 84 and Microsoft edge. Safe banking is not working in either Firefox or Edge. Malicious website blocking is working, and I also get the green check-marks on google search results so some functions of the F-secure browser extension do work.
Anything I can try to fix this?

Is the banking protection working now?
Kindly check if you have any pending Windows Update and ensure you run all important updates then use the below instructions to reinstall the F-Secure SAFE. Enable the F-Secure browsing protection on all the browsers then test the banking protection again.
