My computer freeze after installing the software?

Recently got a license to SAFE version of the anti-virus. After I installed the program the computer frozen and I was forced to shut down manually. Restarted, the computer, could not log in. After I entered safe mode could not unninstall the anti-virus it says it is still opened. I am like 100% not satisfied and I won't recommend it to any windows 10 user until its fixed.

Firstly, did you have any previous security software installed? This sounds like a possible conflict with other software.
