Paid for subscription via iOS app. No option to login on website/windows app to share subscription??

As the title says. There is no option to login on my iPhone app therefore i have no way of linking my subscription to the Freedome programme i have downloaded on to my Windows laptop. When i have tried to 'Manage Subscription' on the iOS app it takes me to a broken link. I have tried to 'Activate Subscription' on the Windows version and i cannot login (even after making an account - yes i have clicked the link in the activation email). Pulling my hair out as to what the problem is and i don't think it is something i am doing wrong!
