I accidentally purchased F-Secure SAFE instead of purchasing F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription

I accidentally purchased F-Secure SAFE instead of purchasing F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription. I received the error message as "No licenses available (you do not have licenses available to install FREEDOME)". Then, while I made the purchase suddenly your website has gone error and I can't proceed with the purchase.

I have attached photo of the error message and the page. Please refer to the attachment.

    Hi @Punert

    I can see that your order has failed and we have emailed you the reason. Kindly try to clear your browsing data or use another browser then try to perform the renewal again from your My F-Secure portal. You will see the Renew Now button on the top right corner if you wish to renew TOTAL but if you wish to purchase standalone Freedome, please click here.

    By the way, your F-Secure SAFE subscription is now active for the time being to allow the renewal.
