Outlook 2016 pop-up a dialog box

I am trying to send an e-mail from an application I have built using ActiveX control. Whenever I send it, a dialog box stating that an application is trying to send an e-mail allow yes/no appears.

How can I stop receiving this message since the software resides on my PC.
