How do I retrieve my subscription code

I had to reload Windows10 Now I am trying to re-download F-Secure Total and it requires a subscription code and con't seem to find it

    How did you purchase FS in the first place? Usually, everything is done through your portal at:

    https://my.f-secure.com/loginIf you have a valid subscription you should be able to download the product from there. If you purchased a boxed retail version from a third party (although, I'm not even sure these are still available), then obviously you may need to find the subscription code from the the box or packaging.
