As of today it is impossible to connect to BBC from Sweden. Any suggestions as how to fix this problem?
Sorry for late answer, but could you please let us know if the issue is still there ?
Been trying to connect for over an hour now without any luck.
Although Freedom says that I am connected to London the IPlayer says "This content is not available in your location." Does not help to clear the cache or other history. I will keep on trying through the evening.
Please try following steps :
1. Run the FlushDNS on affected device.
(Optional- Clear browser cache for desktop and Clear app cache for Smartphone.)
2. Ensure that IPv6 is enabled for the device. You can refer these Windows and Mac, and refer these for Android, and for iOS.
3. To Set up the Google DNS on your device/system. As an example, when entering the Google DNS address, please enter them as: 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168
4. Reboot device.
5. Turn Freedome ON and set virtual location as London to check iPlayer working again.
