I use Freedome only to access UK TV. I have only just renewed my annual subscription. Will this issue get fixed? If not would you consider a refund?

    Hello @tonyinspain

    Some Internet Service Provider does not resolve the domain and server addresses through their DNS service, which basically means you won’t be able to access the respective streaming website or even connect to our VPN service with their default settings.

    Usually the workaround is pretty straightforward, you will just need to perform flush DNS and adding a public DNS address into your device or system network settings. Whilst there are many out there, the articles linked below will guide you on how to set up Google DNS on the respective devices / systems.

    You can also google it how to do flush DNS or add google DNS if you are using any other platform i.e how to add google DNS for android or IOS
