why did i not receive a code for my subscription?

i bought the freedome VPN subscription on the google play store on my android device. when i purchased the ap p for £29.99i only received a subscription receipt from the google play store but nothing from f- secure with my code so i can add devices for what ive payed for.


everything works ok for my andriod device but since i have not received an email for my code i cannot add this service to my PC which is what i have bought it for.


how can i get my code please so i can activate for my pc please?
