F Secure Icon no longer appears on Laptop screen

in F-Secure Internet Security

My sub is valid but licon doesnt appear -hoew to retrieve? Am I covered .This is first time its happened in 10 years!

    Hello,

    Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

    Good to know a bit more about your situation. For example, what is your OS? Is it Windows?

    If so - did you mean F-Secure logo on "desktop" OR F-Secure tray picture? If desktop logo is not there, you could try to check whether tray picture is still there or not (can be hidden under "arrow" symbol around area with clock, sound, network symbols). In addition, you could check whether F-Secure is still installed or not (via Windows Control Panel or any other way to find list of installed applications).

    In general, recent Windows (Windows 10, for example) with Windows Security Center that should inform about status with your AV or Firewall.

    In addition, there were any updates for F-Secure? Visible ones. Or maybe Windows upgrade?

    or your experience is about clean installation?
