Install fails and Not Installed

in F-Secure Internet Security

I have 7 Not installed...

Ultralight core

Deepguard DB

Universal System Scanner

Virgo update

Lynx win64

Oneclient SAFE upgrade

and 1 Failed...

Capricorn

 

I have rebooted many times with no success.

I also downloaded fsaua-reset and ran it in administrator with no success.

Help!!!

    So, the product is installed, but you're having trouble with updates?  How long have you left it to install the updates?  Sometimes it can take some time for them all to download and install.

     

    If that's not the issue, then have you checked that you have all the current Windows Updates?  If some important updates are waiting to be installed, then these may be preventing F-Secure from updating.

    Thanks for your help.

     

    I decided to uninstall F-Secure and released the licence.

     

    I then installed it again and everything is working fine.
