I click on the Install button in the message and then the message disappears and the "working circle" starts for a couple of seconds and then the circle disappears and nothing else happens.
Sometimes, network issue result in an error, and you are not able to upgrade. Have you tried to restart your machine and check again? And may I ask you try perform windows update and restart then check Freedome upgrade?
Also, you can get a latest version from our F-secure website , so you can try uninstall and re-install the Freedome.
