WIFI cuts off when VPN is turned on on iphone ipad

in F-Secure VPN

When I turn on the VPN I lose my WIFI connection. It just started happening after the latest IOS update from Apple. Any ideas?

    Hello @jimbo4126 

     

    May I know what version of Freedome running on your device?  could you please try disabling the IKEV2 feature on your Freedome app?

     

    To do so,  you need to open Freedome > Click Settings> Turn Off Use IKEv2 , this could solve the connection issues.
