How do you get a credit card/prepaid card site added to the banking protection

I was wondering how you get a site added to the banking protection?  I have a credit card/prepaid card I log into to check the balance & use to make payments & transfer money.  But I noticed when I log in that the banking protection doesn't activate for it.  I feel so much better when the banking protection activates, knowing my info is protected.   Is there somewhere / someone to give the info site to, to see if they can add it to the banking protection?
