Purchased through safari, can’t use on windows.

in F-Secure VPN

I purchased FREEDOME VPN through the safari browser on my apple phone. I selected 3 devices and completed the purchase.

I received an an email with a code but states it is for iOS only. When looking at the FAQs it states if you have purchased through apple store or google play you are limited to the OS. A link is provided for multi platform which takes you to the same place I carried out my purchase. How do I recifty the issue or is it a con?

    Based on your email address, I can see your order for multi-platform subscription and you can still able to use it for windows. I will send you now private message how to install the F-secure Freedome in right way.
