I paid for support on three computers but one is complaining that it has no key
I've paid for this product and I have an issue, I should not have to use a forum to report this issue, I would rather send an email to your technical support team.
On January 15th, this year, I renewed my years subscription to F-Secure Internet Security for three computers. At the time, I only deployed the key on two machines, my desktop and my Wife's laptop
Last week I deployed the third and final licence onto my new laptop, after a series of strange messages, it deployed.
However, last night, (the 4th) my wife's laptop complained that the AV software had expired
Now, I have an email, dated 15th advising me that I have purchased three licencies of which the third has only just been used
What is going on?
