Why Overloading if i enabled dhcp to my ISP?

I am puzzled by router check alert overloaded please try after some time . I tried in all times during day and night and still gets this alert only.
For a change, i have changed my dns to google and opendns and then it worked and showed me the results .
Why if i enabled dchp and get my dns servers from my ISP. Is f secure router checker is only for some countries? Is it not available for people of india.
My service provider is BSNL india

Also, may I ask you to reset the browser or try with different browser? have you checked reseting your router?
