good to doublecheck system requirements for F-Secure Internet Security (system requirements for F-Secure SAFE should be valid for F-Secure IS too).

If your PC is Windows device -> supported OS is Windows 7 (with installed SP1), Windows 8.1, Windows 10.

What is OS of your PC? If it is supported version -> maybe good to add more information about (why software not support your PC - how it visible).
